Deep Roots Collective exists to encourage nonprofit leaders who are animated by the Way of Jesus to cultivate deep rootedness in their personal and professional development, their peer community, and their longevity in the nonprofit sector and our city.

Quarterly Luncheon

Luncheons offer a welcoming entry point for executive directors who are new to the sector or the city.

Peer Groups are a smaller number of leaders who have made a higher investment of time to “better friends and better leaders”.

Peer Groups are an investment of ~12 hours a year with executive directors with shared commitment and focus to deepen and grow as leaders.
