Welcome to Pahara

Set on more than 2,000 acres of Ponderosa pine–covered mountain land in Bailey, Colorado, Pahara's campus is intentionally designed to help guests reflect, reconnect, and reenergize. Its beauty and exclusivity make it a place few leaders get the opportunity to experience. It beautifully reflects the values of Deep Roots Collective: restoration, reflection, and real community.

The Venue

  • The Lodge — three stories with expansive decks overlooking the valley and mountains, built on a rammed-earth base made from local soil. Two clubhouse-style floors offer music lounges, libraries, billiards, board games, and fireplaces.

  • The Seminar Building — in-the-round rooms that create an egalitarian, non-lecture environment, plus a central break room, a patio, and a natural amphitheater.

  • Your own cabin — one of 60 simple, beautiful cabin rooms that are a short walk from the main buildings. Each has a queen bed, a lounge chair with mountain views, Keurig coffee maker, and an outdoor rocking chair.

  • The Wellness Building — a sauna, Peloton bikes, treadmills, free weights, and a fully equipped yoga room. Outside: three cascading hot spring–style pools, a cold plunge, and a rooftop deck with a fireplace.

  • A chef-curated meal program that accommodates allergies and dietary restrictions.

Getting there: Lone Rock is about 45 minutes from Denver. All guests arrive and depart together by group shuttle.

Private vehicles and ride share vehicles are not allowed.

  • Departs: Wednesday, August 25 at 3:00 PM from Denver

  • Returns: Friday, August 27 by 12:00 PM to Denver
